She has helped me acquire 2 profitable 3 family properties in Roselle and West Orange, NJ and found quality tenants that pay on time. How did she do this? She waited in line in the bitter cold while I sat in Florida so that I could see houses remotely. Discouraged, I asked her not to wait in lines, but she replied aEURoeits not that cold, and we are going to get that house.aEUR? We did! She got me into places no other realtor could. This landed properties. She also found tenants to fully occupy a 4 family house that I own in Elizabeth, NJ. No problems even during the pandemic. Zakiyah has sold my single family house in St. Cloud section of West Orange bringing in multiple offers. She is on top of her game. She is resourceful in getting around town hall offices, inspection process, well connected with contacts, etc, etc. With her on your team, you will be driven to succeed. This review does not even scratch the surface of what she does to help her customers reach their real estate goals. When I decide sell my properties, I will look nowhere else. A+++

I am a first time home buyer and I was looking to buy a home in an area that I wasnt familiar with.I stumbled upon Zakiyahs contact through an app for a condo I was sort of interested in. When we made the connection, based off of the first conversation we had I knew I was going to have success using her as my realtor. Moving forward she helped me find my now dream home and walked me through the whole process including narrowing down the neighborhoods I was looking to live in and gave me professional recommendations for the loan process. ZillowVERIFIED Zakiyah was very helpful with assisting my wife and I through our first time home buying process. In fact, the home that I purchased wasn't even one of the six listed homes that I sent to her. Zakiyah made arrangements for me to see the home the same day and an offer was placed. Zakiyah was able to answer all of my questions and clarify any uncertainties that my family had. Zakiyah recommended that I have a specialist inspect the property for an underground oil tank although the property was listed as natural gas with no oil tank. The inspection revealed an oil tank which was eventually removed by the seller. I would definitely recommend Zakiyah to anyone interested in purchasing a home or just in need of a realtors assistance.
