Being first time home buyers, we didn't know much about the process or what to look for when buying a home. Zak could not have been more helpful in explaining the entire process in a clear and helpful way. When touring homes, Zak pointed out details to look out for in each home that we wouldn't have otherwise looked for, and provided helpful advice and guidance in making our decision. For the few trips we made to the area to look at homes, Zak made sure all appointments were made, that we had a good coverage of homes (price range, area, etc), and that he allocated plenty of time for us. Zak was available basically 24/7 to answer any of our questions and would 100% use him again if we wanted to find another home.
