ZillowVERIFIEDIn May 2015, I bought a house with Zack on 165 redwood ave sac ca 95815. The ask was 129k. They had all cash offer. I went 10k over. I got cal hfa loan and got in the house for roughly 145k total. I later got the PMI off and refinanced the silent 2nd hfa and a car away so owed 160k total. I had thought about selling to Sundae, but they lowballed me a 245k cash offer. I listed almost the last week in May 2022. The Zestimate was 360-380k. Zack said the algorithm was lumping me in with more expensive areas nearby. He recommended list for 300k and start bidding war. We got multiple offers, but ultimately closed on a 325k 80/20 loan offer. The process was very easy and straightforward. Since closing the market has turned with increase in interest rates. Now I can take my profit and all cash offer down southern US and live like a king. I will be working with Zack on this as well. Highly Recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Zack was referred to us by an agent local to where we were living. Our family is preparing for a move and we knew that the Sacramento area would meet our needs. From the first phone call, Zack heard our wants and guided us through the sometimes stressful process of searching for that right home. We were limited on the amount of time we could spend in the area, and he was flexible and upfront about what he could show us and what wouldn't waste our time. Zack helped us find a location that was close to restaurants, shops and parks. He offered the pluses and minuses of the different areas which helped us narrow our search. In the end, we were able to find a home that we are excited to embark on this new journey! AND, we closed in record time! We now have a new friend in the Sacramento area and he has gone over an above to help us with this move/transition. Thank you Zack and team! We look forward to working with you on future endeavors!

ZillowVERIFIED Hi. I have used Zack Alber as a realtor in Sacramento on two occasions. Once in 2012 to purchase a home, and then in 2021 to sell the same home. Prior to using Zack on both occasions I consulted and pseudo interviewed other realtors--on both occasions I opted to use Zack Alber's services and have not regretted it. When he recently sold my home for over the listing price he kept me informed throughout the process and quickly responded to phone calls and questions that I had. He also seemed to work well with the other realtor, perhaps keeping the deal alive through a potential rough spot. Zack worked hard for the sale of my home I believe. In my opinion he earned his commission. Without hesitation I recommend Zack Alber for handling your real estate needs. Happy house hunting :)

ZillowVERIFIED I used Zack as my realtor back in 2010 when I bought my Condo and I went back to him in 2020 when I bought my house and sold my condo. He's easy to talk to, listens to what your looking for, finds it, and makes closing a breeze.

ZillowVERIFIED Zack helped me find and negotiate price on a multifamily property in Sacramento County. His expertise and shrewd negotiating tactics got me into the property I wanted in this competitive market. He responds promptly to questions and concerns. He even showed up to all of my property inspections even though he didnt need to be there. Once transaction was complete Zack still keeps in contact with client to see how theyre doing. ZillowVERIFIED When my husband and I were ready to buy our first home, Zack came highly recommended. Zack is very knowledgeable and gave us really good advice throughout the entire process. He has a sense of calmness about him and whenever we reached out to him, he had a way of easing our worries and was able to explain the process in great detail. The entire process went smoothly and we closed on our dream home within a month of starting the process. We are to glad we decide to use Zack and will highly recommend him to anybody we know looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm glad I have Zack Alber and his team to sell my dad's investment property in Sacramento area. we live out of town and my dad is always traveling. It made things a little difficult. Some communications with Zack and his team, we sold the property successfully. We still haven't met Zack and his team in person, but with their team works they should earn their five stars. Thank you for your patient, courtesy, efficient and knowledgeable works. Great jobs!!

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Zack. He is very professional, sincere, knowledgeable and very accommodating. A very dedicated, hard working individual. Excellent at what he does and then some. We got the sense right off that he took our best interests to heart. And this carried through to the end. A real pleasure doing business with. All while displaying a great sense of humor. He sold my father's house within days of listing, at full asking price. In fact he solicited multiple offers within three days of listing. He guided us through the entire process; listing, selling, closing - keeping us well informed along the way. When we had a question or concern he got back to us immediately. He made very it easy for us. Again, we highly recommend Zack.
