ZillowVERIFIEDZack did an excellent job guiding my parents with the sale of their home. While considering the area and location, the size of the property and the surrounding amenities, Zack used his expertise and almost 15 years of experience to list the home at a competitive price where the sale could occur in a timely manner. Zack was very thorough with all communication, showings, documentation and closing and led the key exchange with the buyers. All in all, a fantastic experience and I will always recommend Zack to all my loved ones.

ZillowVERIFIED For me through my experience with Zack, my experience a real estate agent was beyond what I expected. Like I have a brother and A true friend who cares about me and my family in every single way.. Always answers the phone you feel you have a backup team working for you 24/7/365 answering his phone any day anytime even though he is a one person operation. Beside everything good in this great person his honesty is unmatchable and his estimate for the pricing dead on. His Advices improve my property were probably the best Suggestion to improve my house And maximise sale price. I feel myself and my family so lucky that your my agent. Wish you all the luck ,blessings, Happiness And everything good in life comes your way. Thanks again, my friend

ZillowVERIFIED Zack is a true professional. He talks the talk and walks the walk. Everything he said he would do he did and delivered above all my expectations. The way the home was marketed was out of HGTV with video, pictures, drones and more. He was able to get me multiple offers all over asking price! I was shocked and thrilled with the outcome! He got me an offer for $41,000 more than what I was asking!! Zack is my go to and should be yours also without a doubt. Thank you Zack!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time I have used Zack and each time he continues to validate why we choose him. Zacks knowledge and responsiveness are unmatched. Zack was able to help us find our mom the perfect condo and then sold her house in less than 24 hours for well over the list price. I will always trust Zack to help my friends and family! Thanks Zack!

ZillowVERIFIED Zack did a fantastic job selling our townhome. We had already moved out of state and had limited availability to travel back so Zack took care of all of the minor repairs/touch-ups that needed to be taken care of as well as taking care of the listing and closing from start to finish. We were able to close from out of state and the entire process was completed in just a few weeks, from contacting Zach to closing. I can't recommend him highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Zack was super helpful throughout every stage of selling my house. The thing that I appreciated most about Zack was how attentive he was through the process, and he always answered my calls and texts in a very timely manner. I have a really hectic schedule and that was no problem when it came to communication, and even scheduling showings for new homes. I'm so glad Zack got my house sold, and it was very nice and refreshing to deal with someone who values your time and treats you with pure honesty and respect. Will look forward to doing business with him for all of my future real estate needs. Thank you, Zack!

We worked with Zach to sell my Mother's home in Clinton Township. He returned calls or texts right away. He never left us waiting for answers. The home sold over asking & we had 5 offers within 4 days. Zach kept us informed all along the way with the offers etc. We are from out of state, so there was a snafu with signing closing papers, but it was resolved quickly. Closing went well. We would recommend Zach as he is very attentive & knowledgeable. Great agent & person. Highly recommend by Ken & Grace

ZillowVERIFIED I met Zack through a close personal friend. I was originally planning on putting my home up for sale in a year or more, after speaking with Zack I changed my mind and hired him as my agent. He explained the nature of a sellers market caused by the Pandemic and how truly important this timing was. He gave me honest advice on prepping my house for sale, spending and updating through his eyes and cost vs. return. My calls and questions were all answered quickly. Explaining how this process evolves and especially working through unseen hiccups. In the end, my house was on the market for 2 hours and received an offer for 6K above asking. Zack calmly waited for my acceptance and lets just say he's on my Christmas card list now. Would give 6 stars if available.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Zack Aboona this month to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers (12 in fact) the first day the house went on the market and sold well over asking thanks in large part to Zack's incredible work. Zack brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in many serious buyers. Zack was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner, Zack was always available to answer our questions and was very supportive in all aspects of selling our current home and purchasing our new home. We had a great experience!
