Zac did a great job of helping my wife and I find our first home. He was extremely responsive and was very helpful in answering all of my (many) questions regarding the home buying process. Zac was willing to walk us through quite a few homes until we found the right one for us and was very attentive to our wishes in a home. We had a couple of hiccups in closing due to some issues with my bank and the seller's side, however Zac was quick to point us in the right direction to resolve those issues and has even been helpful trying to iron out some repairs after closing. I highly recommend Zac!

My first experience with Zac was several years ago when he worked on the property management team for my rental property. I was really impressed by his thoroughness and communication skills. At some point I was unfortunately assigned a new point of contact but Zac was definitely the best person I worked with over the years of owning the rental property. When I went to sell the property recently I looked through the agents at Coldwell and was pleased to see he had become an agent. I didnt need to look further, I just knew he was the one. I contacted him and the rest is history. Zac is very professional, gives great advice and as mentioned before, is an excellent communicator. He was always easy to contact and would regularly contact me with updates during the sale process. He would take the time to explain everything happening and walked me through all the important documents which I appreciated. One thing he would always say was that I was the boss but really I trusted his instinct and experience. In the end, everything went smooth and I was really happy I picked Zac to be my agent. I couldnt ask for a better experience and I would recommend Zac to anyone looking for an agent. If I'm ever in the market for property in Ridgecrest again, I wouldnt hesitate to give him a call. I really wish him the best in his real estate career. I know he will do big things.
