My girlfriend and I were looking around the Ridgecrest area for plots of land to buy; we found a lot that we were interested in, but the listing that we found looked a little strange. After some consideration, we decided to get a real estate agent involved, and that is when we decided to contact Zachary Moore. We sent him the APN listed for the land off of the website we found, and after doing some research he did find out that there was some discrepancies with the listing. Long-story-short; the land was listed under the "owner's" name, but the title companies had no record of this. The land was actually supposed to be in his name, but do to an oversight in a previous transaction, it was listed under the PREVIOUS owner's name. Had we not contacted Mr. Moore we probably would not have found any of this information, and the title transfer would have most likely been ridiculous. Mr. Moore then actually helped us find two parcels of land RIGHT NEXT TO the land that we were initially looking at. He then helped us with negotiations with the owner, though there was no listing agent on the property to begin with. This was our first purchase of property of any kind, and Zachary helped ease all of our concerns, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience extremely easy, and enjoyable. We would both highly recommend talking to Mr. Moore if you are even considering purchasing a piece of property.
