ZillowVERIFIED We had the great pleasure of working with Zack Ferrell when my husbands job transferred our family of 6 from Tennessee to Ohio. From the beginning we were impressed by his knowledge of the area and his valuable insight to the market we were buying in. However, we were blown away by the kind of exceptional experience he turned our sale into. He was patient with the millions of questions and concerns we had and his answers always reassured us through the entire process. I cant express how much I appreciated his prompt response to calls and texts and emails. I never had to wonder what was going on or where we were in all of it. The thing that we found most valuable and sadly, not incredibly common in our past experiences with realtors, was that we both felt like we could completely trust Zack. When you chose a realtor, you are basically trusting someone with the biggest asset you have and trusting that they are working to help you get the most for your money is invaluable. I would recommend Zack Ferrell to ANYONE and I sincerely look forward to using him again in the future. Best. Experience. Ever!!

ZillowVERIFIED Zack Ferrell and his team at ERA are in a league above all the rest. Zack and his team made selling our existing home and purchasing our future forever home the most relaxing, rewarding, and exciting experience we could have ever hoped for. From the first day we met and even after closing we always felt and will continue to consider Zack as a member of our family. Zacks industry/market knowledge, negotiation skills, process expertise and willingness to respond honestly and truthfully even during his personal time proves he is committed to your happiness. We reccommend Zack Ferrell and the ERA team for all your real-estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED A ministry opportunity was moving us from Atlanta to Middletown and we needed to find a home fast! We had less than 2 months to pack up our lives in Atlanta and move. Our pastor referred us to Zack Ferrell and it was one of the best things that happened to us. Zack is extremely professional and he worked diligently with me and my husband to find a home quickly. We never wondered what was going on because Zack kept us in the loop even while we were back in Atlanta. He found us the PERFECT home for our family and his impeccable negotiating skills got us our home below what we had budgeted. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor and now he has become a valued friend! If you are looking for a knowledgable, consistent, hard working, diligent, realtor then Zack Ferrell is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Zachary. My wife Carolyn had tried three other realtors including mine for about a year with very few interests and the realtors did not really seemed interested or motivated. We married in October of 2012. I already had a house so we really needed to sell hers! We tried to sell it ourselves by owner, that did not work in the slow market either. Then we got a call from Zach. When we first met we were very impressed at his professionalism and knowledge, plus a real go getter. He had more people go through her house than in two weeks than the prior realtors did all year. Zach sold it in a short time in this slow market. We are going to sell our house in the spring and looking forward to Zach selling it! We highly recommend Zachary Ferrell to sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED My first experience with Zach. I appreciated the effort he put into selling my house. Zach stayed in communication with me through out the process. He had an open house the first weekend it was listed, and it was on. Thanks Zach
