I'm Zack DeCaro, a Connecticut and Massachusetts real estate broker based in Wethersfield, with more than 10 years in the business and 250+ homes sold personally. I work with Property Works New England in Rocky Hill, and in Florida I'm an agent with Dalton Wade Real Estate Group in St. Petersburg.
Most of my sellers hire me for two reasons: pricing and cost. I price homes from recent local sales, not wishful thinking, and I list for a full-service 1% listing fee plus a $400 transaction fee. That includes professional photos, MLS and portal exposure, showings, negotiation, and managing inspections, appraisal and closing with your attorney.
