ZillowVERIFIEDWords cannot describe how incredibly professional, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient both Tonya and Zach are. My brother and I were moving from Virginia in a frustratingly hot market and with an even more frustratingly incompetent lender. They jumped through hoops to make our purchase as smooth as possible before we were even aware that those hoops were there. They ALWAYS answered phone calls and texts immediately, and anticipated what needed to be done to close before our lender even asked for it. There is NO way that we could have closed on our home without them and their incredible work effort and diligence. I dont usually write reviews but I thought they deserved praise for going above and beyond. I couldnt imagine EVER working with anyone else when purchasing a home. We have found a realtor for life.

ZillowVERIFIED The Coletti Team just helped us sell a house in Sebastian, Florida, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. They are incredibly easy to work with and took the time to answer all of our questions and walk us through the process from beginning to end. They even created a walkthrough video highlighting the house and also coordinated staging since we had already moved out of the home before we listed it. The end result? Multiple offers on our house the very first day it was listed and a quick sale. Thank you Coletti Team! You are the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Zach & Tonya were incredibly helpful, professional and amazing to work with through the buying experience. As a first time buyer, I had somewhat of an idea of what I was looking for, and the Coletti team worked with us to flesh out the picture in my head. Tonya was always available and ready to show us homes that we had interest in, she guided us through a number of homes going over what would work best for us right now as well as what would fit into our image of our future in a home. Both Zach and Tonya are knowledgeable about not only the process of buying a home but about the neighborhoods we were looking at. The Coletti team was with us every step of the way and made buying our first home painless and memorable. I highly recommend using this amazing team for your real estate transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Zac is based in Vero Beach and was super in helping me buy a house in Cape Canaveral, well outside his territory. He exceeded my expectations in dealing with two difficult sellers. I will work with Zac anytime I need to buy or sell a home in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Zac listed my house and 2 days later I had an acceptable offer. We had several set backs due to approaching hurricane irma however zac perservered and we closed on time. He is very personable and made me laugh. When I became frazzled he calmed me. Youll love him.

ZillowVERIFIED Zachary was very knowledgeable about the area and the real estate market. WE hadnt bought or real estate in 10 years and had lots of questions which he helped answer. We did not know him before and came highly recommended. He returned all of our calls promptly, and was always very professional. We only had 4 walk-throughs and had 2 offers. The first offer fell through due to a mortgage which was not his fault as they were pre-approved. We may have had a 3rd offer but it was coming in at the same time we got a FULL PRICE offer, so they backed out.I definitely recommend Zachary. He got us the exact price we asked for, and sold our house in the exact time frame we wanted. In short Zachary Coletti is highly professional, organized and delivered on the most important part of his job. He sold our house at our exact asking price in a timely manner.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved to Sebastian from Boynton Beach and couldnt have been in better hands. Tonya was amazing! She even helped us navigate our way through issues with the sale of our home down south. She was available whenever we called. She listened to every concern we had and help us negotiate well. We are extremely happy to be in Sebastian and thanks to Tonya it was a smooth transition.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is not an easy task. That is why you need a knowledgeable and caring real estate agent. Zac Coletti is both and more.He spent time talking with us to find our likes and dislikes, the type of neighborhood we were looking for and the style of home we wanted. Because of his caring personality he found the perfect home for us.But the best part was his availability! Any time we called with a question he answered his phone or called back immediately. It was great knowing he cared and treated us as though we were important to him.Zac helped make a difficult task very easy !
