Having worked with other realtors in the state, I would say that he stands head and shoulders above the others. I bought homes with Zach both during the COVID craziness and after aEUR" in both circumstances, he was patient and worked with me to find homes that met my needs. He worked with me to show homes that met my initial criteria, while pointing out a great many things that I hadnt considered aEUR" factors that helped me make the right decisions in finding a house that felt like home. ZillowVERIFIED Zach is THE best agent I've ever had and I've personally sold 6 houses and bought 7 in the last 40 years and I've dealt with too many bad agents. He's smart, considerate, extremely knowledgeable about houses (inside and out) and the local neighborhoods, realistic, respectful and appropriate in all communications (with me and other agents we met along the way). He's very hard working and seemed to always be available even with short notice. I know for a fact that I would not have found my new house if he hadn't thought about expanding my parameters on the web search, which brought up my water-view house listed differently than the others. I would do the whole thing again with Zach, and no one ever says that immediately after the emotional rollercoaster of buying/selling, but he made it easy for me to assess the options.
