About Zach Rynders
Zach Rynders is a Twin Cities real estate agent and investor with Real Broker LLC, working with home buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro. Much of Zach's work is exactly what it looks like: helping people buy and sell the homes they live in. The difference is how he looks at them. Zach evaluates every house the way he evaluates his own deals: what it's worth today, what it really costs to improve, and what it will be worth down the road.
An investor since 2016, Zach bought his first rental property in Cleveland, Ohio, sight unseen, and has invested in single-family rentals, duplexes, and live-in flips here in the Twin Cities. He has done firsthand what many of his clients are setting out to do.
Zach is also co-founder and Director of Operations of R2 Studios Architecture, where his team has designed and licensed 216 homes across 54 Minnesota cities. After reviewing floor plans, renovation scopes, and city approvals on that many houses, and watching those transactions up close, Zach knows what makes a home live well, what a renovation actually costs, and which problems are worth walking away from. Clients get that read on every showing.
That architecture work also connects Zach to Minnesota's residential assisted living community, and he serves those operators as their agent: finding the next house to convert, scaling into a larger facility, or buying and selling their personal residences. For ground-up projects, Zach helps identify and purchase the right piece of land, and R2 carries the design from there. He also pairs real estate investors with assisted living operators, guiding both sides through the lease so one can own the building while the other runs the business, and both can grow.
