ZillowVERIFIED We have purchased and sold many properties over the years, and Zach Otten is by far the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Zach spent a great deal of time with me and my husband as we looked for our retirement home. Zach is a native to Colorado, so he is extremely knowledgeable about the different communities near Denver. He also has a background in construction, which is also very helpful when shopping for a home. His input was invaluable in finding the community that we felt would be the best fit for us. When I first started working with Zach, he knew that our purchase may be as far as 2 years away, but he still provided us with excellent service and remained in contact with me regarding our home search. During our purchase and closing process, Zach went over and above what was required of him as our buyer's agent. Hopefully, this is our last home, but if not, we'll be calling Zach! Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough great things about our real estate experience with Zach. Because we had many check boxes to meet in our buying decision it was a long process. His patience, demeanor and expertise were invaluable. His knowledge base is extensive along with attention to detail. Zach is top shelf and deserving of any ones business going through a purchase or selling event.

ZillowVERIFIED Zach Otten is a rock star. When we decided to move cross-country, we found him via solid online reviews. Throughout the process, he exceeded our expectations. Zach fit me into his schedule on a last-minute trip to Denver (during the holidays) to look at houses, and he showed me a number of great options. He was supportive, responsive, and patient as we aligned negotiations and dates for the sale of our house in South Carolina with the purchase of our new house in Colorado. Once I flew back to SC, Zach did live FaceTime walk-throughs for us on the house we wanted, pointing out things we should be aware of, and he answered all our questions. Once we settled on the house we wanted and our offer was accepted, Zach kept us informed all along the way aEUR" right through closing and beyond. Each Monday, he sent us an email to update us on the status of the purchase. Not only did this keep us apprised, it gave us peace-of-mind while buying the house long-distance. Lastly, hes just a genuinely nice and thoughtful guy to work with. Now were here in Colorado. And we love our new home. Zach is highly recommended. If we were to move again, he would be our first and only call.

ZillowVERIFIED I really cant say enough wonderful things about Zach. We were moving from Texas and Zach helped us with every step along the way. He has great open communication and was able to help guide us as we navigated a new place. He gave us weekly and sometimes daily updates once we found a home. We also provided a number of recommendations from our mortgage company, inspector ,cleaning service and even a vet! He really cares and it shows. I cant tell you how overwhelmed we were with moving, but Zach made this part easy and even enjoyable for us. I never had to ask for an update because I knew he was on top of it. ZillowVERIFIED I have had the pleasure of working with Zach and Madison in 2017 and again this year. In 2017, they helped me buy my very first home. They walked me through the process, introduced me to an amazing financing team and got me into the home of my dreams. Last fall, I decided to sell the home and once again, and Zach was there for me, this time walking me through all I needed to do to get the house prepared for going on the market. His calm approach, his excellent communication skills and knowledge of the process guaranteed a successful sale and a smooth transition from homeowner to seller.

ZillowVERIFIED Zach had to perform all his duties with us as long-range clients. We were in Oregon and he was busy finding us a home here in Colorado. He quickly established an excellent rapport with us, gaining our trust by following up quickly and taking care of all the details we couldn't handle from afar. He found us the perfect home at a good price and helped us get concessions from the seller at closing. He prompted third parties to keep on schedule and made the whole process go smoothly. I give Zach Otten and Peak Elevation Homes my highest recommendation.

I liked how we got to research and find our forever home rather than an agent sending us suggestions. Zach was such a wonderful realtor. ZillowVERIFIED Had a really great experience with Zach Otten as my primary realtor trying to find the perfect first home in the Denver area. He worked with me on market trends, realistic expectations, etc before starting the search so I knew what to look for. Still kept my main criteria and found a place that checked the boxes what I was looking for in Denver's very competitive market. Additionally he was always quick to respond. If I had a question, wanted to tour a place, or encountered any issues during the signing process, etc. he would respond in a very timely and professional manor. For example from the inspection results it was apparent the electrical panel needed to be replaced. As the previous owner wanted to issue a credit rather than replacing themselves Zach was able to get a quote from one of his electrical contacts in less than a day so we had sufficient back up information to propose a credit amount. It was the little things like the above example that made working with Zach very straight forward all while keeping the complicated process of buying a home as smooth as possible from start to finish. I would highly recommend Zach to anyone who wants a great realtor who will go above and beyond.

ZillowVERIFIED It had been 30 years since we had need of a real estate agent. And we needed one that could not only help us buy a new build home, but also manage the sale of our existing home. And we did not want to move more than once! Its difficult to find the right fit sometimes just by reading reviews, or going by flyers. Most times you get a very brief aEURoegreat realtor, thumbs up, would recommendaEUR?, but with no explanation as to why they felt this way. I may be a bit worded with our recommendation, but I feel its important why you know this was such a good relationship and business partnership. Zach had come highly recommended, so we went with him. Hands down, best decision we ever made! My husband and I both have heath issues, so we asked Zach and Maddie to do much of the looking for us. We sat down with them and discussed exactly what we were looking for, then they went out and looked at the builders in the areas we were wanting to live. They would house hunt for us, making walking videos of possibilities, allowing us to reserve our energy to look at only the ones we were truly interested in. They were very helpful with suggestions relating to the purchase of a new build regarding what to look out for, and various considerations good and bad. Once we found our one, Zach was alongside us from the lot selection lottery to the final walkthrough. He was always checking in to see if we had any questions. Zach is honest, up front, and a delightful personable realtor. We feel he went above and beyond compared to the 2 previous realtors we had with our first home purchases. He has an excellent work ethic, and was beside us for each step. Now I do not know how other realtors do it now days, but compared to what we had experienced previously buying homes, Zach Otten was more than we ever expected. Thank you Zach, and I hope this review helps anyone trying to find a realtor, know exactly why they should use you. Mike and Debi Hamm

Hands down, best decision we ever made! He helped in every aspect of getting our home sold. He suggested specific areas of improvements/changes that would help with our sale. When we needed an electrician, painter, or house cleaner, he provided a name. He provided a good selection of comparables to help us settle on a good sales price for our home. And we hit the sweet spot. Long before we were ready to list he provided us with a home stager to help us spruce things up. He provided professional photography of the exterior and landscape using a drone, as well as professional interior pictures of our home. I do not think we could have done it without all of his help. He helped us in every aspect of a buy and sell scenario. And he sold our home in the beginnings of Covid19, when everything was extremely scary with our health issues. He made sure every precaution was made. We sold our house in 2 days and over asking price. And with only 3 weeks to move into our new home, we were able to move from one home to another. No renting in between. Zach is honest, up front, and a delightful personable realtor. We feel he went above and beyond compared to the 2 previous realtors we had with our first home purchases. ZillowVERIFIED If you need a realtor who can make miracles happen, during a pandemic, Zach Otten is your guy! Zach exceeded all of our expectations!!! We listed our home the first "week" of Corona Virus. Zach sold it in ONE day for OVER asking!! I cannot tell you how thankful we were that we didn't need to keep our home perfect for showings for weeks on end (we have 3 boys and a dog so that would be difficult). The next week Zach helped us negotiate buying our dream home for $35K less then asking! I should mention this house had just come on the market (its not like it had been sitting). He was our advocate the entire way and made every aspect of the process easy and seamless. The extra money we made and saved is important... But more important I should mention that Zach is an all around good guy! He is honest, kind, funny, great with kids (and dogs) and I wholeheartedly recommend using him to help you sell or buy a new home!!

ZillowVERIFIED Zach and Madison Otten did such a great job helping us move into Highlands Ranch from out-of-state that they were our only choice when we had to move again into Parker. They helped us get our home ready to sell, with good advice and references for vendors to prepare it and take care of inspection items. The house sold in a few days for our asking price, despite COVID19 and a snow storm! They were also very patient during our search for a new home that would meet the needs of a five-person, three generation household. We highly recommend Zach and Madison!!

ZillowVERIFIED Zach helped us to sell two properties and purchase two properties, all within a span of about a year. The properties we were looking to purchase had some special requirements because one was for a daughter in a wheelchair, and the other was for ourselves, but needed to be accessible for our daughter when she visits. Zach did a terrific job of finding a variety of properties that had the potential to meet our needs, which gave us a good range of options from which to choose. I honestly don't think we could have done better. The sales were also handled well. He gave us advice, but made it clear that the decisions were ours to make.
