Zachary Jensen and partner Shelly Lovelady provided us with outstanding service when we were looking at properties and in the entire home buying process (negotiating through closing) and provided us with some assistance with processing a home plumbing insurance claim. This was truly full service.

Huge SHOUT OUT to Zach Jensen and Shelly Lovelady of Lori Blank Realty, Gold Canyon!!!!! These two are not only knowledgeable and professional, they are extremely personable, flexible and kind! They dealt with our particular challenges in listing and selling our Gold Canyon home, and made the whole aEURoesellingaEUR?experience a positive thing. We had a timeline as to when our new home would be finished, so it was crucial to list at just the right time! We also have pets, making showings tricky at times! But it all worked... they made it work! On moving day, while my husband was picking up the UHaul, this reality duo surprised me by pulling up in their pickup to move my many cacti and heavy pots to the new house (we remain in Gold Canyon, just a different community), saving my husband the back breaking labor! Now thats dedication! Id recommend Zach and Shelly for all your reality needs... they are not just realtors, they become your friends!

Zach (who along with partner/mother Shelly) are two of the most knowledgeable and thorough people (and realtors) I know. They worked with us to sell our home in Gold Canyon by giving my husband and I feedback on how to properly prepare our home to sell. The home did sell in less than a week and sold higher than our expectations. Zach (and Shelly) were always quick to answer all our questions and respond to our concerns. I would definitely hire Zach (and Shelly) again to handle any home transactions that come up in the future.
