It was early May and California was still in Shelter-in-Place and he expertly and professionally dealt with the constraints which that entailed, while being extra respectful of my wife's concerns related to Covid transmission. No longer a real estate rookie, I can say that this factor of trust is probably the single most important thing in a real estate transaction and Zach Goldman is in your corner and has your back completely.
