He was the only realtor that thought we could get the price we wanted for the house, and we ended up selling for even more than asking price.Zach was great because he knows exactly what should be updated on the house to make it sell quickly. His experience came in handy when we had a last minute issue with the Buyer's mortgage company. Zach went out of his way to get one of his contractor's to make a quick repair so we could close on-time.I would highly recommend Zach for buying or selling your house.
