ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a new home after renting for many years. Working with Zach and Carly was great! They are very knowledgeable and we felt they really wanted to get us in a house that was right for us. We appreciated all of the time they spent showing us many homes. In the current market we needed to act fast, they always made sure we could get in to see each home quickly. When it came to writing an offer, they helped us to understand everything and write the best offer for us. After our offer was accepted, they were there to help us through the closing process as well. ZillowVERIFIED We cant say enough good things about Carly and Zach. As first time home buyers we felt that Carly did an amazing job explaining the process and what we could expect at each step we went through. Carly did an amazing job getting us into any property we wanted to see in a timely manner that far exceeded our expectations. Both Carly and Zach were extremely helpful in talking through some decisions that we needed to make - we never felt pressured one way or another, but rather knew we were supported in whatever decision we made. We would recommend Carly and Zach to any friends and/or family looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you to Carly and Zach for helping us find the home of our dreams! - Mariah and Joe

ZillowVERIFIED Ive known Zach since the two of us became friends in our college days, and he and his wife, Carly recently helped me land a new condo. I can attest both from having known him for over 10 years and that he is an honest and kind man, and that is a big reason that factored into why I entrusted him with my search for a new home. I trusted Zach completely and he and Carly not only helped me find a condo that was precisely what I was looking for, but treated me like a real human being throughout the process. If youre looking for a trustworthy, honest realtor who will treat you like a real human being, then entrust your real estate search or sale to Zach and Carly Duckworth. They are honest and trustworthy and kind people who will help you find what you are looking for while treating you like a human being and being genuine themselves.

ZillowVERIFIED Unbelievable service from the best Twin-Cities Metro couple. Extremely knowledgeable about the process, the houses and all the little details. They make Home buying a breeze and Kelly their Operations Manager was quick to help answer questions and make sure we were in the clear the entire way. I used the V.A. loan and Zach being a Veteran made me feel comfortable I was going to be taken care of to the highest level. 10/10

ZillowVERIFIED Zach and Carly helped us buy our home and sell our condo. They are very easy to work with and always had our best interest in mind. They were literally available on-call or via text 24x7! We took a VA home loan and they are very experienced with the VA loan process and even pointed out issues in the houses which could create problems passing a VA inspection! We had some buyer issues after we accepted an offer on our condo and before we closed. Carly was very patient and helped resolved all issues. We wouldn't have been able to close on the condo without her expertise. We highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED I could not recommend working with Zach enough! His expertise and knowledge throughout the entire buying process was mind-blowing. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions, and he literally had all the answers. Anytime we did have questions, he was quick to write an email or jump on a call to make sure we figured out what we needed to that day. He was feisty when he needed to be and supportive and transparent all at the same time. We just got into our new house, but there is not a doubt in our mind we would use him again in a heartbeat for our next home sale and purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED Zach, Carly, and Cole were all very helpful and very easy to work with. They would keep an eye out for homes that would potentially match my interest and because there are three of them, I know that within 24 hours of finding a home, one of them would be available to bring me there. They were especially helpful in that they knew that I am not a handy person at all AND was a First Time Home Buyer so they were wonderful about pointing things out that I would have never known were or could be a problem down the line. I never once felt pressured to buy something that didn't fit for my needs. You are not just a dollar sign to Team Lucky Duck.

Review for Member: Zach Duckworth
ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were first home buyers, very unknowledgeable about how to buy a house or even the whole housing process. Zach and Carly made this process so easy. We thought we had to do a lot more considering how my parents explained how much of a drag buying a house is but this is one time I'm glad my parents were wrong. We would send the most minor questions to them and they would respond back promptly. I know for sure that if we have another situation with buying or selling a house, we will always go back to the Duckworth's.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot emphasize enough how quickly Zach and Carly worked for me to get an offer in and accepted on a property I thought was slipping away. Not only did they respond at all hours but they gave me great advice where I would likely otherwise have been overpaying by thousands of dollars. I appreciate everything they have done for me in getting me through the process with little stress including suggestions about negotiations on repairs. Everything we asked for was agreed to. Everyone they had me work with from their own staff (Kelly), the title people, and Mike at Waterstone Mortgage were professional and quick with things. The process could not have been any smoother. Thank you so much!
