Then, Zach called me to say he felt he could do better and his confidence convinced me. I am so glad I went with him! Then, I met Courtney at my property to be sold, he was running late because of traffic, but quickly informed me of that. Courtney was extremely professional the day that I met him. He priced my home accordingly. He knew the area well. He explained the entire sellers' agreement contract to me. Their office has a great electronic program to inform sellers of appointments to show the property and an almost immediate feedback of the property from the agent and prospective buyer. My home sold in about 72 hours. Joellen in the office was patient and respectful of my time. What an excellent team! Professional and honest in every way.

For reasons beyond his control, we had to take down our listing and wait a while to sell after the initial try.
