ZillowVERIFIED Zac did a great job on our new home! We have wanted to move back to the area for some time and Zac put us on the right path the very first time. Not only did he use his local expertise of the area when finding a home for us, but when our lender dropped the ball on an inspection that was needed, Zac quickly put us through to a new lender and switched our paperwork over. We were stressed, scared to lose the homestead we wanted, and ready to hang up the towel. Zac pushed us to stay with it and the headache would be over soon. He was able to negotiate a deal with the sellers while playing the role of dual agent. Zac is a personal friend of our family and he will treat you the same way. Zac has a passion for serving the community, and he can fit you right into ours.

ZillowVERIFIED We looked at a number of houses in the area on several different dates. Zac was always ready and willing to work with the other realtors in the area to get us in to see the houses we had on our list. Zac communicated well and often. Made the process go smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Had a lot of obstacles to overcome, but Zac got the job done! Needed a driveway put in, Zac kept in touch with the city department and the apron of the part of the driveway was put in which pleased the new buyers.

ZillowVERIFIED Zac has been wonderful! On my first experience with Zac he assisted in pushing a closing through in less than 7 business days after I had a house fire and was homeless. Now we are starting to look for a new home for the longterm, Zac is willing to research and do the work. He is a genuinely kind and caring man who will do his best for your family! I highly recommend Zac!
