She patiently took us to check more than 50 single-family houses to help us understand what we need and what are the important factors in choosing a house. She is also a great listener. She well-understood our searching criteria and leveraged her expertise to provide us with comprehensive advice, including the neighborhood environment(school district, high voltage lines, security, etc), and the houses internal condition(steep stairs, dangerous yards, lighting, etc).
