They absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and at home in my new house. They went so far as to REMOVE CARPET for me, with their own hands, when it had been damaged and I was too overwhelmed to deal with it during the move. They also arranged for a a truck to come and haul away old furniture and other junk that had been left behind by the seller. This was the responsibility of the seller or his agent that they refused to address, that Yvonne handled at no cost to me. I can't say enough about how happy I am with her and Leah!
