I find that the latest technologies are enabling me to do more quickly, efficiently and have expanded the range of services that I provide. A little bit about myself, I was born and raised in Northeast Ohio, growing up in Euclid and then residing in Mentor since 1981. My parents taught me and showed me the entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be ambitious, hardworking and independent. I have 3 adult children that grew up in Lake County and graduated from Mentor High School. Two live in the Mentor area and one in Columbus. I have two adorable granddaughters who are a joy to be around. I enjoy spending my free time outdoors golfing, hiking, biking, fishing or relaxing on our beaches along Lake Erie. During the winter months I enjoy refinishing furniture and going on the hunt for items for staging homes.

Jenny was incredible to work with and made the house buying process so smooth. My fiancA(C) and I were first time homebuyers. Jen was absolutely fantastic. We were in a bit of a time crunch to find a new home but were also working with a strict budget and a list of needed amenities due to physical limitations. She worked tirelessly to find any potential options and helped us see every house that looked like it was even remotely a possibility for us and never pushed us to adjust our budget or requirements. She did a significant amount of research on any property that we showed interest in to ensure that there were no surprises and gave us crucial advice on communities and school systems. When we had to bring our kids with us to view a house, she helped keep an eye on them as if they were her own so we could focus on looking at the house. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured and she even helped point out concerns that could be issues for us going forward. Once we found a house that my wife and I fell in love with, she had an inspector come out who did an incredible job and was extremely thorough. Jen handled the back and forth between us and the seller's agent, keeping us informed and in the loop every step of the way. Jen made us feel like a family friend rather than a client and should we ever require the services or a realtor again, she will be our first call.
