ZillowVERIFIEDYvonne was an outstanding agent. I have bought and sold several properties, and I have never before had an agent who came close to the outstanding service, expertise and commitment provided by Yvonne. I was living out of state when I listed with Yvonne. She oversaw the partial remodel of my home to prepare for market. She found and managed the contractors (who were excellent) and even picked out materials and paint colors. She staged my home, using her own staging property. The staging was so outstanding that relatives who saw the pictures wanted to hire her as a decorator. Yvonne started marketing my property by 'word of mouth' to investors she knew who might be interested. Her 'word of mouth' advertising was so outstanding that I already had several full price offers by the time my house went on the market. She had an excellent strategy for how to market the property and which offers to accept as back ups. She kept me abreast of deadlines and had an excellent knowledge of the real estate contract. Through no fault of Yvonne's, I ended up named in a lawsuit by the first buyers whose contract I ended when I discovered they had missed funding deadlines and lied about the source of their funding. Yvonne stood by me during this entire ordeal, despite being advised against this by one of her brokers. She spoke to my lawyer and provided her with important details about the contract and its timelines. She was also an excellent sounding board and source of emotional support during this very stressful period. Her creative and strong negotiating expertise helped my lawyers resolve the lawsuit and I eventually closed with all cash buyers for well above my asking price. Yvonne is very smart, knowledgeable about real estate, contracts, and the real estate market. She is extremely hardworking, dedicated, organized, customer service oriented and has excellent attention to detail. I couldn't have asked for a better agent.

ZillowVERIFIED 1009 2nd Ave, Honolulu 96816 Closed 2/6/2017 We had used Yvonne before and knew Yvonne was a great realtor when it came to the purchase transaction, but were not sure what to expect on the sale side. Our expectations were surpassed. Her staging was excellent, impressing everyone that saw it, and we were able to negotiate an excellent sales price. We had to deal with some issues along the way, but all turned out well. We would recommend Yvonne to anyone and would love to work with her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED We've recently sold our house with Yvonne, a +2M$ sale. This is the 3rd real-estate transaction (1 purchase and 2 sales) that she helped us out with in less than 5 years. She has a keen sense of what are the best actions that one can take to market a house and put it in the best light possible. She understands very well the characteristics of the Oahu market and what buyers are looking for. We were in a neighborhood where we had a lot of competition and houses stay on the market for a long time - Yvonne sold our house quickly. Her relentless optimism and pursuit to achieve the best outcomes for us, hard-work and professionalism continues to amaze us and have us come back to her for help. We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne helped me sell my house and buy a new one. The market in Hawaii requires prompt action when receiving an offer as well as placing an offer, as there are usually multiple offers on a property. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable about the local market, and I felt like she always had my best interest at heart. She also has excellent staging skills!

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Yvonne for close to a decade. She is highly experienced and exceptionally knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate and property laws. She's even a gifted stager. She is extraordinarily capable and efficient. She sold two houses for me and helped me buy one. Every transaction was flawless. She makes everything work, and appear effortless, though I know she works extremely hard for her clients. She is very thoughtful and considerate of everyone involved, making the business a pleasure really. She also has an excellent network of professionals she can recommend to you for renovations or any other related services you might need. She is fair and highly ethical. I trust Yvonne implicitly. She is also totally loyal and if anything came up post signing I know she will take care of it without a doubt. In fact I consult with Yvonne whenever I have questions that fall in her areas of expertise and she always graciously follows up with me with timely and excellent advice. I could not imagine working with anyone else. I highly recommend Yvonne. .

ZillowVERIFIED We've bought and sold (and bought again!) with Yvonne. Hands-down the most knowledgeable and competent realtor/broker we've ever worked with. If we move or rent again, Yvonne will definitely be the one we call!

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne is simply the best. She will find you your dream home AND make sure you get into it. She can navigate the contracts better than anyone because she's also a lawyer. She's very personable, easy to work with, always answers the phone when you call, and knows the market well. We can't recommend her enough! We have purchased 2 homes with her, and sold the first one. She's been with us every step of the way. We got an amazing deal on our first house, and sold it for a great price. Thanks Yvonne!

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne is simply the best realtor you can find. She is patient, always kind yet professional, always available, very intelligent and understands all of your needs. We used her twice for buying new properties and once for listing our multi-family property. Her knowledge is unsurpassed as she works with you until completion and sometimes even after completion. And her staging of our property was amazing, and helped us to achieve the highest selling price in our area. My wife and I can not express how thankful we are that we chose Yvonne as our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne is the best Realtor ever. Where do you find an Attorney and Realtor rolled into one? Yvonne was also able to negotiate a lower price for me after inspection portion of process, because of her knowledge of older circuit breaker boxes that were obsolete. That saved me $3k. Yvonne was great at handling a double contingency (selling a house and buying a condo simultaneously with contingencies on both sides) Thanks Yvonne!

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne recently helped us purchased a house in Ewa Beach. We live in Kauai. One can read her impressive real estate experience from her website, but what really impress us was working with her in person. She possesses all the good qualities of a real estate broker, caring, responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful, and exceptionally professional in all the transactions. She definitely is not one of those "friendly but incompetent" real estate agents whom one is afraid to get stuck with. Yvonne always put our best interests above all and never complained about the extra work she had done for us. She sent us detailed pictures of houses because we do not live in Oahu. She found us a new lender when our own lender canceled our loan. She took us through 3 purchase contracts and 2 backup offers before we settled with our final purchase. My husband, who was a real estate agent in California but now retired, said Yvonne had done an excellent job in helping us finding a house we really pleased with. Those who know Yvonne, there is only praises for her dedication to her clients, and for those who do not know her, I highly recommend her for any real estate services.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne helped us with selling our previous house and buying our current one. We could not be happier with the choice of our real estate broker. Yvonne has a great design taste and she is an expert at staging houses. She did whatever was necessary (from hanging pictures on our walls to arranging for outstanding photography) to put our house in the best position for showings and advertisements. We sold our house quickly and at a very good price. On the buy side, Yvonne's excellent knowledge of the Oahu Windward real-estate market was a great asset for us. She followed through with any special requests we had, always kept our interests above anything else and helped us numerous times save money in our transactions. We would highly recommend Yvonne to anyone interested in buying or selling real estate - her skills and ethics are exceptional.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne and Ana did a great job for me and got the highest price ever for a condo of that size in that building. She assisted with arranging for repairs and other things to get the condo ready for sale. The paperwork was incredibly easy even though I was on the mainland -- the electronic process was perfect. It was all great.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne is totally FIVE STAR all the way! She understands the many complex real estate circumstances in Hawaii, and is able to explain them clearly and fully to clients. She knows and is responsive to the local market as well as newcomers. Yvonne went above and beyond in her assistance and service to me. She helped me get the home of my dreams in beautiful Kaneohe. I trust Yvonne to know all the aspects in any real estate transaction. I will definitely use Yvonne again.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne is a dedicated and knowledgable real estate professional. She handled all aspects of the sale and provided me with above average piece of mind in knowing that things were being dealt with an a thorough and complete understanding of the many complex issues that were involved. I had a windstorm rip the roof off of the house a few days before closing and Yvonne managed to get it repaired, and passed inspection in time for closing. She is fantastic!

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne is a very knowledgeable agent about the entire Honolulu market. She dedicated many weekends driving around my wife, infant, and I looking for houses. We ended up purchasing a REO property -- which required a few extra legal documents to sign. Yvonne is also a licensed attorney and her expertise in that field saved us a lot of time and money. She was very prompt and answered every question we had through the buying process. I would highly recommend her.
