Yvonne was an outstanding agent. I have bought and sold several properties, and I have never before had an agent who came close to the outstanding service, expertise and commitment provided by Yvonne. I was living out of state when I listed with Yvonne. She oversaw the partial remodel of my home to prepare for market. She found and managed the contractors (who were excellent) and even picked out materials and paint colors. She staged my home, using her own staging property. The staging was so outstanding that relatives who saw the pictures wanted to hire her as a decorator. Yvonne started marketing my property by 'word of mouth' to investors she knew who might be interested. Her 'word of mouth' advertising was so outstanding that I already had several full price offers by the time my house went on the market. She had an excellent strategy for how to market the property and which offers to accept as back ups. She kept me abreast of deadlines and had an excellent knowledge of the real estate contract. Through no fault of Yvonne's, I ended up named in a lawsuit by the first buyers whose contract I ended when I discovered they had missed funding deadlines and lied about the source of their funding. Yvonne stood by me during this entire ordeal, despite being advised against this by one of her brokers. She spoke to my lawyer and provided her with important details about the contract and its timelines. She was also an excellent sounding board and source of emotional support during this very stressful period. Her creative and strong negotiating expertise helped my lawyers resolve the lawsuit and I eventually closed with all cash buyers for well above my asking price. Yvonne is very smart, knowledgeable about real estate, contracts, and the real estate market. She is extremely hardworking, dedicated, organized, customer service oriented and has excellent attention to detail. I couldn't have asked for a better agent.
