Choosing to start in a new path after 18 years of coaching/training/pre rehab was not an easy decision. But I knew I need it to do more to help those who cant help themselves. Dog rescue has been part of my life for over 10 years and helping my clients find a perfect home or sell a property allows me to help more dogs find a perfect family. For the pass seven years I have dedicated my self to educate and learn the constantly and everchanging world of Realty. I have done over 2000 bpo's (Broker Price Oppinion) allowing me to understand the real side of appraising. Helping me with a wider knowledge of appraising all types of properties. Specializing in short sales, farm land, acreages, 1st time home buyers, 1st time property sellers, horse farms, investment properties and REO's. As a complementary skill I have made it my mission to help as many individuals understand the process of a short sale. As a permanent student of life I can assure my clients that I will do my best to help them in the process of selling or purchasing properties. Since every case is different I will take my knowledge and willingness to learn more about every transaction to make it a smooth one for my clients.
