ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne was absolutely amazing to work with! This was my first home purchased and I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. She took the time to answer all of my questions not matter what they were. She was very transparent and honest. She is a very hard worker. The first house we attempted to buy was a nightmare with the current tenants. Yvonne went above and beyond to try and make the deal happen. The deal fell through because of the current tenants. Which was a blessing after we signed the new house. You can tell that she loves her job and truly cares about the buyer not the just paycheck. She wants to help everyone get into the perfect house. We never felt any pressure whatsoever. Once again I cannot recommend Yvonne enough! Thank you!!

ZillowVERIFIED This was a difficult house sale, there were property condition issues but the biggest obstacle was we had to make this sale from over seas, due to my work we were not able to appear in person. Yvonne found an interested buyer , she knew how to handle this situation and excecuted all aspects of this sale flawlessly. I do not have a single complaint regards the manner in which she represented us during this sale. Her experience and dedication to her client was clearly demostrated. To anyone that would ask me, I would give her my highest possible recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne is a wonderful realtor....trust me you want her on your side! From the moment that we listed our house with her she took care of issues and helped us in any way that she could. We had the house on the market FSBO for over a year and no offers. Once we listed with her and she worked her magic we had the house sold in well under a year, and had multiple showings and offers during that time. There were issues at the very end of the loan process with the buyers lender and his realtor wouldn't step up and handle the issues to help her buyer....but Yvonne did! She spent two days working with the lender, title company, and vendors concerning work at the property and she was able to get it taken care of so that we could close a few days later, instead of a few months later. She saved the deal from falling apart. She is a wonderful realtor and hiring her was the best decision my husband and I ever made. She has the ability to handle real estate in the town that we are living in now and believe me when we find our next home she will be the person we call to be on OUR SIDE! Thank you Yvonne for making the selling process not so difficult, and thank you for going above and beyond!

ZillowVERIFIED I was terrified of the entire home buying process. I needed to find and purchase a home quickly--Yvonne Gustin made it happen. I had not done any research on agents in our area and honestly picked her based on the signs I had seen in front of some homes - it was completely random. However, from the moment I stepped into her office I knew I had chosen the right person. Yvonne took the time to efficiently summarize the home buying process to me, calm me down and help alleviate the fear I had. Yvonne was available when I needed her, communicative throughout the entire process, supportive, honest and direct with me. Most importantly, she shared my joy in buying my first home! Should I ever decide to sell my home, there is no doubt that Yvonne Gustin will be my representative.
