ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne was spectacular with the sale of our property in Chapel Ridge. She sold our property within hours of its listing at full asking price. Throughout the entire process, from choosing her as our realtor to the closing, Yvonne was efficient, very punctual in her communication, thoroughly explained all aspects of the sale, and helped us tremendously as we were out-of-state-owners. Before choosing Yvonne, we had contacted multiple local realtors, many of whom lived in Chapel Ridge as well as Yvonne, and none put the effort as Yvonne did. Within hours of contacting her the first time, she sent us all sales, pending sales and soon to be listings in the development so that we could make an objective determination for possible listing price for the sale: something that none of the other agents did. Look no further- if you want to sell your property in the Chatham cty area, Yvonne is your realtor. 5 stars all the way!

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne recently helped us find an investment property in the Chatham county area. We ended up purchasing a new construction home. Yvonne's knowledge of the area, her proactive approach and most of all her calm presence during the process made our home buying process a very enjoyable experience. We have purchased new homes before without having a realtor in our corner but after having Yvonne represent us during our latest purchase we would not buy a new construction without a realtor like her.

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne was very patient with us, and worked with us to narrow down our choices and our preferences. She sent us updates with possible homes we could consider, and answered all of our questions before, during and after the process was complete. She spent a great deal of time with us and learned what we liked, what we didn't, and what was negotiable for us. We hope to use her again to sell some land we own. Would recommend her highly!

ZillowVERIFIED Yvonne is an incredible Realtor. I was completely blown away by both her breadth and depth of knowledge when it came to viewing, inspecting and closing on our house. There were several occasions where I missed important details either because of ignorance or exuberance. In each of those cases Yvonne brought the issue to light and had great suggestions on how to overcome it.It was invaluable to have someone as talented and knowledgeable on our side while buying our home. I wholeheartedly recommend Yvonne for people of all experience levels.
