Yuri was extremely professional in setting up home showings and giving us his opinion on home values in the Monroe, Ohio area. Yuri has also worked with my bank with other clients and has always added value to the relationship. He always returns my phone calls in a timely manner. His knowledge of the Cincinnati/Dayton real estate market is top notch and he will work with any clients regardless of the sale price, giving all clients the same excellent customer service.

Yuri has sold two houses and helped us purchase three houses. Our last house sold in less than 48 hours. Our most recent purchase was building a new home. This can be an overwhelming experience. Yuri made sure to be at all our appointments to help us make the best decisions. We could not have asked for a better experience and this was part due to Yuri. Yuri always had our best interest in mind and completely honest. I highly recommend Yuri and we will definitely use him again.

Since day one Yuri went above and beyond to help me find the right house and close on it. It was my first house and Yuri was very patient with me through the process. He knows all the neighborhoods and markets in the greater Cincinnati area. I plan on working with Yuri again in the future, there's no one else I'd call.
