ZillowVERIFIEDYuly went and continues to go above and beyond for us during our home buying process. As first time home buyers, she was able to provide us with all the information and guidance we needed to fully understand and complete this process with no delays. She was with us step by step and ensured all our needs were met from both the builder and mortgage company. Yuly maintained communication with us during the entire time as we had to wait for our home to be built. We closed on our home and Yuly still maintains that line of communication with us to make sure we are all set and can enjoy our new home. We will and do recommend Yuly to all who are looking for someone reliable and who understands exactly what you are looking for when purchasing a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I had an exceptional experience working with Yuly from start to finish. Her expertise in the local market was evident from our first meeting, where she provided a comprehensive analysis and strategy tailored to my needs. Throughout the process, communication was seamlessaEUR"she was always reachable and kept me informed at every stage. What truly set Yuly apart was her dedication to ensuring I found not just a house, but a home for me and my two children. She listened attentively to our preferences and concerns (ensuring that the kids also felt heard and seen), guiding us through each property with patience and professionalism. Thanks to Yuly, we found our dream home within a week and closed within a month! Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence made all the difference. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Yuly to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate professional, especially if youre a first time homebuyer. She will hold your hand throughout the process and remain committed to helping you even after closing. I will forever be grateful for finding Yuly! Thank you for your outstanding service!

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! Ms. Yuly Rodriguez, from Douglas Edmund Real Estate LLC, as a real estate broker is absolutely wonderful, very professional and personal. She loves what she does. She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and trustworthy through the entire process. She truly cared about me, understood my needs from the very first offer I received to sell the relinquished property in Rhode Island (when this process started almost 3 months ago) and the purchase of a new investment property in Florida from which she was only responsible. She was with me throughout the buying process in Florida and got it successfully completed, against all odds, in record time. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand the whole process that entails a real estate transaction in which a capital gains tax deferral took place (through IRC Section 1031 aka aEURoeLike-Kind ExchangeaEUR?). She defended my rights, to the point that she supported me even in the sale of my relinquished property in Rhode Island (for which she was not the assigned as a realtor due to the jurisdiction). Thanks to her intervention to protect my side in this process, the property sold in Rhode Island, after many difficulties faced with attorneys, paralegals and lender, as well as many postponed closing dates, I finally obtained the proceeds to make possible the purchase of this new property. I get to appreciate Yuly. Her loyalty is admirable. I would totally work with her again. I recommend Ms. Rodriguez to anyone looking to do any Real Estate transaction!Franklyn B.

ZillowVERIFIED Yuly was completely amazing with us. She helped us find our home and treated us like family. If we ever had any questions she was just a phone call away and was with us in every step of the process. ZillowVERIFIED If we could give Yuly a million stars we would give it to her without a second thought. A very professional person who is passionate about her work, we are very grateful to meet her, we came to her because of a very bad experience with other realtors and we had sold our first house and we were practically on the street with our mother and three girls and we met her through our moneylender. And it was like an Angel sent from heaven, she was there with us for long days and nights until we got our perfect home, her patience and passion for her work helped us get to where we are 4 months that for many were impossible things she converted with the God's help is possible until the last second not only has passion and patience but also that love for God and that trust in Him .. This home is everything we wanted and dreamed about thanking God first and then for putting Yuly in our path. Yuly will always be part of our family !! We recommend Yuly 100%, you will not regret it !!!! we love you Yuly

ZillowVERIFIED She is such an amazing realtor. She made all my new home purchase less stressful and got me a good deal even when the market is very crazy right now. The fact that she speaks Spanish is also perfect since there was so many hard English terms/words related to buying a house and she was always there to make us understand everything. Plus she has a lot of experience. You would not regret having her as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with The Douglas Edmund Team, and particularly Yuly Rodriguez (our buyer's agent), was exactly what we needed. I was very new to the area and, despite having researched the area for some time, really needed someone with the willingness and motivation to help us navigate the myriad of properties for sale. Yuly was professional and very easy to communicate with, every step of the way. Questions were answered in a timely manner, and specific concerns were always addressed. Each part of the process, from the first viewing to handing over the keys to our new home, was smooth and easy. I appreciate all the work and dedication to making the house purchasing process a productive experience. Thank You So Much Yuly!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I knew about the home buying process. Yuly coordinated a meeting with the lender and got me a pre-approval right away. She then walked me through steps that I could take to increase that pre-approval amount. She implemented a game plan and stayed in my corner until we reached our goal raising the pre approval amount by over 65k. I am eternally grateful for everything she and her company provided. She worked with me as I changed my mind on countless showings, and made it clear that she did not want to sell me a house she wanted to sell me my HOME. I look forward to working with Yuly in the future as she treated me like a friend and not just a client literally the best experience of my entire life as I am now a proud homeowner.
