Ysmaine Domiciano

Born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, I earned my Law degree from the University of Sao Paulo in 2009. In 2010, I moved to the United States as an exchange student, ready to embrace new opportunities and challenges. Soon after, I proudly enlisted in the U.S. Army, where I served for eight years as a Multichannel Transmission Systems Operator and achieved the rank of sergeant.

While serving, I kept building my education, earning a dual bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and Information Technology from Shippensburg University in 2017. My transition into the corporate world as a project manager sharpened the organizational and leadership skills I now use every day running my own brokerage, NextHome Dream Seekers Realty.

My real estate journey started in 2015 as an investor, with hands-on experience in wholesaling and property flips. That work sparked my passion for guiding others through buying and selling. In 2020, I went full-time into real estate, and in 2023, I earned my broker's license.

A broker is not the same as a standard real estate agent. Brokers complete more rigorous education, meet higher experience requirements, and carry advanced training. That distinction lets me bring a deeper level of expertise, professionalism, and strategy to every client and every transaction, and it allows me to mentor and support my agents so our whole team delivers at the highest standard.
