ZillowVERIFIED I had an excellent experience working with Yousuf Syed throughout the process of buying my home. From the very beginning, Yousuf was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right house. He patiently showed me numerous homes and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and was always willing to answer questions, explain different aspects of the homes we visited, and provide valuable insight into the buying process. What really stood out was how informed and knowledgeable Yousuf was. His guidance made me feel much more confident when it came time to make a decision and put in an offer. Mr. Syed made it easy for me to get all the services the house needed covered, and then to photograph and rent the house. Some of the services included were junk removal, Handyman, cleaning, and exterminator, and then he finalized the deal in the best dollar price for me. ZillowVERIFIED Yousuf is the most knowkedagble and kind realtor I have ever met. I wanted a house in Sparta urgently abd yousuf was able to close the deal for me in 4 days flat. I am forever grateful because rentals in Sparta are not easy to get and that would mean uprooting my kids. His continuous follow up, knowdelge and ethics are the qualities I admire but more than that I admire his kindness and his empathy for humanity in general. Thank you again

ZillowVERIFIED I was apprehensive about Yousuf sahab when we started dealing with him. That, just to clarify was my own inexperience of buying real estate, that was translating into my apprehensions. It has been 7 years now since Yousuf sahab helped us buy our first home. I can still pick up the phone and ask him for advice and future investment and he gives me as much attention and guidance as the time we bought our first home with him. I highly recommend him for his intelligence, honesty, integrity and most of all the care he shows for his clients The man is a hero !! Farhan

This is my familys third time working with Yousuf Syed and I can say our relationship has developed over the years into us trusting him and his expertise. I have already recommended Yousuf to friends and family and will continue doing so, its very hard to find a very patient, friendly and knowledgeable agent who is easy to talk to about all your needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Mr. Yousuf Syed of RE/MAX first Realty to sell my home in EB recently (He had helped me buy this property back in the day, and also helped me buy another larger home in EB earlier this year) It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Yousuf Syed (again) to sell my property. He took care of the entire process -- right from: 1) the listing of the property, production of photographs, videos and advert material 2) arranging showings professionally and safely to professional 3) offer analysis, whetting and recommendation 4) end to end process guidance at every step 5) educate on requirements/responsibilities as a seller -- to 6) tracking and updating me through out the process Mr. Syed is an outstanding professional and cares for your as a good friend would, and gets you to whatever your goal is from the real-estate transaction while avoiding any significant work or risk to you. I would gladly work with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Yousaf, was an outstanding realtor. Took great pride in his work from the beginning stages right through the final steps. His kindness, explanation of the procedures in my real estate transaction was very reassuring and I felt completely comfortable. He actually made you feel like we were all family. It's hard to find a genuine realtor agent who not just there for a purchase or lease, but someone who checks on you periodically to make sure all is well!! And that is why he is getting 5 STARS from me!
