From our initial introduction to Jill Jackson and the team at RE/MAX Legends it was abundantly clear that we chose a team of professionals dedicated to real estate. Getting started we received a warm welcome from our realtor, Jill Jackson, offering her availability to begin searching for our new home in Gwinnett County, Georgia. And, because we reside in Cobb County, Jill set up initial meetings via Face Time to consult with us about homes in Gwinnett County focusing on Suwanee, Lawrenceville and Buford as well as her take on the current real estate market and came up with a plan. Jill advised us on homes in communities that fit our lifestyle and our budget and showed us many in a market adjusting to coming out of two plus years of high prices and non-traditional market norms. Upon deciding on a home to make an offer, Jill guided us through the negotiation process with ease and professionalism. And, though seasoned, because we were asking for a large seller concession in terms of closing costs, Jill brought in Christine Moody, Team Lead at RE/MAX Legends for assistance in finalizing negotiations that were reasonable for both sides. Upon favorable negotiations and a subsequent contract Jill and Christine worked in tandem all the way through to closing and beyond. Each were instrumental in high end referrals for financing, home inspection and closing attorneys as well as post-closing with referrals to various vendors in our new community. I worked with Mina Little and she was an immense help to me during the buying process. I had a bunch of requirements for what I wanted in a home and she was very patient with a ?can do? attitude. Amber Matos also made the closing process as seamless as possible. I especially want to thank Mina for her help in getting rid of furniture I didn?t want anymore. She, her son, and his friend brought two trucks and delivered the unwanted furniture to charity. She went above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. I would strongly recommend her to anyone that needs to sell or buy a home. She?s a true winner!

We were moving to GA from out of state and had a three day window to look at homes with one of those days taken with a flight cancellation. Our agent Amber Matos put three days into two and had everything organized, spent the entire two days with us, was gracious and we were happy to work with her. Great service, prompt and everyone at the office were very professional.

We worked with the Jim Wells Sells team to buy our new home and, after having such a fantastic experience, we then used this company to sell our previous one!We met several agents through Zillow when we asked to see properties. In each case, the agent showed us the house we inquired about, but we didnt click with them and didnt call them again.It was different when we met Emerson Jackson from the Jim Wells Sells team. We felt comfortable with him the minute we connected. Emersons effervescent personality draws people to him like the proverbial bees to honey. He was super quick to respond either by text or phone to all of our questions and requests for showings. We always laughed with him and knew he had our best interests in mind.We were exceedingly blessed to work with Emerson and company owner Jim Wells when submitting offers and negotiating for 2 houses. We were impressed with Jims deep knowledge of real estate law and negotiation tactics. For instance, he said that his team always notes Special Stipulations on the contract like home warranties and termite bonds that other agents neglect to request. This point was proven to us when his office sold our previous house!Contract Coordinator Amber Matos is another member of Jims team who deserves high praise. Im not sure when she sleeps or goes on vacation because she was astonishingly fast and efficient in responding to us and the agents for the other parties in all our transactions.We loved the fact that the Jim Wells team utilizes technology to the fullest extent! We had video chats to review all the contracts, and we signed everything electronically. In selling our previous home, we felt the Jim Wells team continued to go above and beyond for us. They had the property professionally photographed. Emerson held a couple of open houses. They also gave us access to an app so that we could be alerted about home showings. We could even tell when someone went in the house, which was a helpful feature since we didnt live there. When we were 4 days away from the scheduled closing date, Emerson still showed the house to an interested buyer. We think a lot of agents would have refused a showing request at that late date, assuming that the closing would happen. We appreciated his tremendous level of commitment to selling our home!I rarely leave reviews on-line, but the Jim Wells Sells team deserves every accolade!
