I recently worked with an older lady who was looking to purchase a mobile home for a family member. The first home she found, unfortunately the mobile home park denied her application so she wasn't able to purchase the home. Despite the disappointment, my client understood it was out of my control and remained positive. Less than a week after the denial of her application I was able to find her another mobile home in a park that approved her application immediately and she was able to purchase a home below her budget. We closed on the home 07/25/2023 and my client couldn't be happier. I was blessed to have a client that not only understood the real estate business but was very patient and kind.
