With the way the markets have been and the competition for homes the process went rough for us. See we live in Hawaii and had to purchase remotely, doing everything effectively sight unseen. And we ended up asking Yoni to help us move to Temecula instead of San Diego just because the houses there were so much nicer and affordable. Yoni shifted easily and made the drive for us countless times looking at places, sending quality videos, even driving around neighborhoods just so we could get a view of not just the home but the area. Additionally, his negotiation skills and calm throughout the whole process kept us from running headfirst off the ledge and saved us 10s of thousands of dollars. It finally culminated in our dream house. Then his whole team made the entire rest of the process so easy and seamless. We ended up being bored because they took care of everything and even anticipated our concerns. Our move from Hawaii could have been an absolute nightmare but it went off without a hitch. Not joking, in the four houses I have purchased and sold, he is the single best realtor we have worked with.
