ZillowVERIFIED Yoana is hands down THE BEST real estate agent in the triangle area. I have used one agent before didn't work well with him. What I like about a real estate agent is who listens to my opinion, what I want, what I don't want. The previous agent always tried to push his thoughts into my head. If you are like me, you will definitely work well with Yoana. She represented me as a buyer's agent, and she even talked me out of a couple of houses because they are not good investments. And she told me if I don't feel for it, don't buy which is very important and I almost never hear anyone say that. Later on I realize that's a very valuable advice. Yoana worked with me for about 4-5 months until I bought my house. The first couple of times, I always wanted to offer less because i'm a cash buyer. And when she knew my offer wasn't strong she still submitted it. I learned the market well from the failed offers. And I think that's important experience too. Some agents don't do that because I heard in the industry they evaluate you on offer/excution ratio. For example, if you put down a lot of offers but very little excuted your rating is low. Like my previous agent, he wouldn't submit an offer for me when he thought we were going to loose. Yoana is always prompt to responses and gave me heads up when she's out of town. Always answered my phone calls and questions. Note her husband Mihai is also great!!! One time he took me to see a house and totally randomly he saw my side mirror and front bumper is jamed, he gave me a local mechanic's number and saved me A LOT of money fixing it. I can see Yoana is truely pationate about this real estate business, she has great knowledge of the housing market in the Triangle area. I wish she could do business nationwide! It's hard to find real easte agent as good as she is elsewhere. I hope to work with Yoana again in the future when I sell this house or buy another one. I would highly recommend her to my friends!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Yoana and her assisting agent, Ashleigha Maksim. I asked Ashleigha to give me a second opinion to the realtor with the larger firm I had picked due to advertising. Yoana and Ashleigha gave me very similar advice as the other agent did, but a wildly different suggested price. They thought if I made the changes we knew we needed to make anyway, we could list at a much higher price. I had been afraid I was going to lose money or break even, and even considered going with a cash offer chain. Yoana and Ashleigha gave me advice, recommendations, and the assistance I needed to go from considering a cash offer to making a huge profit. It was a lot of work, but they helped me with style, colors, and recommendations to make my house gorgeous at an investment well below what I'd have thought possible. We had an offer just under listing price in 6 days, and they were again amazing in helping me through the negotiations about repairs. I ended up walking away with 45k after my investment, when I was afraid I'd lose money. Ask their advice, then take it.

Ashleigha was great at helping coordinate any communications during the entire process.
