Yau is very knowledgeable, extremely responsive at all hours, provide updates every step of the way and really easy to work with. He understands what you want and provided a lot of guidance prior to the listing and eventually the open house. We received a few offers just after the first open house. We eventually accepted one of the above asking offers.

The two transactions took place concurrently which was quite difficult to be done but Yau was able to get it done! Yau is very knowledgeable with the NYC and LI real estate market. It was always a hassle to sell and buy apartments with the board applications and their requirements. Yau knows this very well and was very helpful to make the process as easy and seamless as possible. He helped a lot in organizing my purchase application to make sure nothing would fall apart. At the same time, he coordinated the sale to make sure I got a purchase price that I was happy with. The two deals closed within two weeks of each other. I am very satisfied with his service.
