ZillowVERIFIEDContacted Yasir about 15389 Indiana St in Detroit and he was completely rude and unprofessional. I asked if there were any known issues or repairs needed on the property and after two days his response was aEURoemake an offer and you can conduct your own inspection.aEUR? Completely unnecessary to be so rude.

ZillowVERIFIED Yasir assisted me with buying my first home this year. He streamlined the process as much as he could. He answered my questions day and night. He was very patient with me as we had to visit multiple homes and go through multiple offers until we found the right one. I would work with yasir to buy another home in the future when the time comes. He makes the process as stress-free as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Yasir was very helpful during the complete buying process. He helped formulate a competitive offer package on competitive house. After the offer was accepted he was very prompt at starting the process to close. Keeping me updated on the process. He wants to help you close the deal as quickly as possible. He is also helpful answering any question after you close on the house.

ZillowVERIFIED Met Yasir by chance. He responded to a link to your a home. Did I luck out. The first house I picked was a dud. But we chatted and got to know each other a bit. Hours later he was sending houses in my price range (not much ) and helping set up tours around my busy restaurant work schedule. Had an offer accepted within the week but it all fell through for reasons outside of his or my control. Immediately started again and now I?m in a wonderful home with lots of updates on a budget. Yasir was always quick to respond and answer questions, there were plenty. Such an easy process. Yasir is a good person and I truly believe he cares about being honest, up front and helpful. I hope I get to work with him again and you should too.

ZillowVERIFIED Yasir has been an advocate for us from the beginning in our search for a new home. He was able to close the deal very smoothly with precision. He did a great job finding us a home that fit what we were looking for, and he was very good at keeping us informed with the process and if we didnt know what to ask, he would make sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision. Overall, we have had a pleasant experience and we appreciate Yasirs constant communication and responsiveness.
