ZillowVERIFIED I started looking for houses in 2017. I contacted a few real estate agents based on faces attached to an interesting listing. Yasha Albright was without a doubt the best choice I could have made. I am very picky and was slow making the final decision to sell and move out of a home that had been in my family for years. Yasha was very patient, understanding, caring, promptly returned my calls, and she stayed in touch with no pressure when I doubted the move. I can honestly say she took really good care of me from the beginning with referrals for mortgage brokers, she kept a bright attitude and kept me encouraged while packing and cleaning, and even during and after my closing she made things happen to make the buyer, seller, and me happy. I know I am a tough one, but she took the bull by the horns and made things happen! I met quite a few realtors, but I would never recommend anyone else.

Moving from a different state seem and was very stressful, but thanks to Yasha and her team of expert (Nicholas Salter) it became much easier. They were very knowledgeable of the area and took all my calls and answer all my question no matter what time I called them. Especially with me and my husband being first time homebuyers. Just some FYI, we had a lot of questions too. I cant thank her and her team enough for making sure that all our wants and needs was met. If you are looking to move to the Jacksonville area I would highly recommend Yasha Albright and her team of realtors. They are very dedicated to what they do and they dont stop until their client needs and want is satisfied. When I tell you I'm so glad I did because she did not disappoint!! After working with the previous 2 we were discouraged and feeling defeated but Yasha took the time to explain the home buying process and was patient and very knowledgeable about any question asked. Even though I know she has other clients (because she is the bomb) we always felt like her only ones because she made herself available. I would refer anyone wanting to buy a home to Yasha. After only 2 months we closed today in a BEAUTIFUL home and we couldnt be happier! Especially since this house had EVERYTHING on our wish list for under the price we wanted to pay!!! So I feel the least I can do is give thanks to the people who helped make this possible for my husband and I. Yasha was incredible. My husband and I are military stationed away from Florida. So signing papers and going to inspection was something we feared would hinder us in buying a house. Yasha however did not let it hinder us. She went above and beyond in making sure we received all the necessary paperwork and got it signed and submitted in a timely manner. As well as, organized and went to the inspections for us and kept us fully informed of all there happenings. She really did an amazing job of making it feel like we were there. Her knowledge of the Jacksonville market is superb since all of the houses she showed me fitted all aspects of my ideal home at the time. Her customer service skills is also very commendable. I am a difficult client since I'm very particular to details and I know what I want and Yasha was there every step of the way. Lastly, she truly takes care of her clients since she keeps contact with you even after the closing date.
