As a buyer in a hot market, time can be the difference between getting your offer in or missing out on a home you really like. Yaritza was 'on it' at all times and got us in to see every listing that we sent her way in a timely manner. She's very professional, organized and hardworking in addition to being incredibly friendly and patient, especially when you're a picky buyer and inventory is low.
