ZillowVERIFIEDI have had the pleasure on 3 separate transactions with Yana. The purchase of a home in 2018, the sale of that home in 2023, and the purchase of a new one in 2023. Each time she has gone over and above for me. She is thorough, confident, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with!!! She calmed my nerves, dealt with my frustrations over a VERY OVER PICKY buyer, and held my hand through the whole process. I would never consider using a different realtor for my needs, unless she was no longer in the business! She will ALWAYS be my go to!

ZillowVERIFIED Yana was very direct and to the point, which I found very comforting. She kept me on point all the way thru the process, as this was a very emotional sale for me. I felt very comfortable thru the entire selling process.

ZillowVERIFIED This Realtor was Excellent! She went to the property, documented any Irregularities, made f/u inquiries and appointments for this buyer. She was mindful that I was not familiar with the area or the States peculiarities. She went over and above any other Realtor Ive ever dealt with in the past.

ZillowVERIFIED Yana helped us buy our first home, from a distance even. We were in Santa Fe, NM relocating here. Our experience with Yana was incredible, she was available nearly 24/7 during the purchasing process. She helped us get everything accomplished extremely quickly. Amazing real estate agent with VA loan knowledge, she is the BEST Real Estate Agent!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Yana was patient with us as we perused available homes during the last several months of our lease. She did not pressure us to look above our price range. She stuck to homes that included the features most important to us. As a result, we found a lovely home that fits our large family. It sits on a spacious lot. It is comfortably within our budget. I would recommend Yana to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED After a horrible experience with the purchase of our first home in 2007 we never thought we would do it again. But Yana made this recent purchase whole experience both comfortable and exciting. She was informational and knew exactly what needed to happen and when. Thank you for helping us find our forever home.

ZillowVERIFIED Yana went far above and beyond in listing and selling our home. Her attention to detail brought repairs and conditions to light that were overlooked by our property manager. She often completed minor repairs herself in order to save us time and money and to have the home ready to show sooner. Our home was priced appropriately and advertised well. Yana ensured the fastest listing to closing day possible. We would choose Yana again in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIED One of the most pleasant realtors I've met. She exceeded all expectations and went over and above to help us find the perfect home. We lived 13hrs away and she was able to do so much for us even when we weren't near by. She is trustworthy and genuinely honest and I would recommend her to anyone. We would definitely use her again the next time we move.

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot say enough positive comments about our experience with Yana Austin! From the moment we first met to discuss the listing process, she presented with the highest professionalism. She provided us with advice and ideas before listing, arranged amazing photographs and a virtual tour of our home, and worked around our busy schedules as we prepared to list. Our home went under contract quickly with multiple offers and we truly believe Yanas dedication, hard work and negotiating skills made this our easiest real estate transaction yet. We would highly recommend Yana to everyone we know who is considering a sale or purchase of a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Yana was our realtor most recently. Her customer service skills were beyond exceptional. Ms. Austin helped our family find the perfect home. We were relocating from New York to Florida and she made the move seamless. Yana was always available to talk and answer our questions during the purchase process. Not only did she find us the perfect home, but upon closing she found us a local carpet cleaning company and a maid service to clean our home and carpets before we moved in. When we arrived to our new home after a two day journey on the road it was immaculate. Yana went above and beyond for us!
