We instantly felt we could trust them, even to the extent that we had them do a virtual tour and we did not even see the property until closing. They kept us in the loop promptly and negotiated like absolute pros. They are assertive and extremely knowledgeable. They also have amazing personalities which makes the process much more enjoyable. ZillowVERIFIED If youre in search of diligent and reliable realty team, look no further! Per a recommendation from a friend, my fiance and I decided to work with this dream team and saying that it was a 5 star experience does not rate them well enough!! I would give them 100 stars if I could! We had an amazing experience from start to finish. We reached out 6 months prior to buying to let them know our plans and they helped us prepare/think it through. Wasted no time reaching out the month I asked to reconnect and within 48 hours, we were touring homes! Before the 14 day mark, we had an offer accepted for our 2nd home, under asking, for a fully renovated home that had everything we wanted! Not to mention in close proximity to Boston! Im going to recommend them to everyone I know! They were on top of everything and negotiated several things on our behalf throughout the process, including seller credits! We cant thank them enough for helping us secure the beautiful home we plan to start a family in and look forward to working with them for future real estate investments!

ZillowVERIFIED Xavier was such a pleasure to work with! I found him to be knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to helping me find a home that met the criteria I gave him within my budget. Unfortunately, I did not end up purchasing a home in Boston and decided to continue my search in states closer to my home in California. I felt badly about the change of heart, and to have wasted his time but he was very understanding and a complete gentleman, letting me know he did not feel Id wasted his time and it was part of the business. He offered to provide contact information for some of the top realtors in the area I am continuing to search for homes in. At all times his approach has been no pressure, sincere, helpful and professional. I highly recommend him. My only regret is that in my next home purchase, he will not be my agent.
