ZillowVERIFIED Ms Achatz was very perceptive of my needs. My wife had passed away and I just did not want to be in that home anymore. However after discussing options and suggesting some reliable folks to maintain my lawn she was able to convince me that I should stay in the home 6 months to a year and then I would be ready to decide what to do - sell or stay. Wynne came to my home several years later and gave me a few tips on preparing my home for sale such as decluttering, staging, and adding good clean smell. Would I use Wynne again? YES!

ZillowVERIFIED Wynne from Real Estate One worked with us for nine months as we looked to purchase a few investment homes. She was a great resource to have throughout the entire process - she patiently walked us through the end-to-end home buying process, from what to look for in the neighborhoods that we were interested in to what was reasonable to offer for the properties we were looking at.Ultimately I ended up bidding on multiple properties before any offers were accepted. All properties had very competitive bids with multiple offers and tight deadlines. Wynne was very accommodating and was able to put together the offers on short notice. And even on the rare occasion when she wasn't available to look at properties, she made sure someone else from Real Estate One Westrick Associates were available to cover for her. Throughout the nine-month process I felt no pressure to make any offer that we weren't completely comfortable with or to commit to any timelines. Even when we flip-flopped several times on a Sunday afternoon about whether to submit an offer that we had just put together for a farmhouse, she was very patient and helped us reason through everything. Ultimately we decided not to submit that offer and she didn't hold it against us in the least - we picked right back up looking at properties that week.When we were outbid on most of the offers it wasn't for lack of trying - Wynne did everything she could to make the offers competitive, suggesting what was reasonable to waive for each property, or how much to put up as earnest money. She even attempted to deliver them in person when possible to give it that much more of an edge. In the end we were just outbid. Throughout the process she was very upfront about what she thought a property might go for - we found that very helpful as we decided what we were willing to offer for a property. We had such great luck with Wynne we found a new house for us and we werent even looking.As first time investors, we can see how the entire process can seem harrowing. However, Wynne made it as painless as possible. Real Estate One Westrick Associates were very professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.
