Julia and Wren worked with me from day 1. It only took about a week and a half to find a place that was perfect for us. It is roomy, beautiful, and completely in my budget. I couldn't have asked for a better team to make this any easier. Within a month from starting the search, we closed on the house. Wren listened to our wants and needs and when the perfect house wasn't immediately available he proactively went to find it. Wren found a house that hadn't been listed yet that met ALL of our desires and helped us negotiate an incredible deal. He took the time to schedule our inspections, work with the mortgagor, and ultimately took almost the entire burden of the process off of us so we could focus on getting ready to move. This is my second home buying experience with Wren, which proves I wouldn't just recommend him to others, but I will work with him again myself. In fact he will now take on the selling side for the original house he helped us into years ago and I have full faith and confidence he will deliver once again.

He walked me through every step of the way and was on top of any questions or concerns I had. He took care of all of the hard stuff. I pretty much just had to show up. He also has the absolute best and affordable connections for the entire home buying process. From the termite inspection to the home inspections, I paid very little and got the very best compared to what my friends paid when buying their houses. He also has contacts for post-move-in issues; lawn care, carpenters and etc.. I won't do business with anyone else in the future.

He was very punctual and always responded to my texts and/or phone calls in a timely manner. If he didnt know the answer to a question he said so and would research it and get back to me as soon as possible. I like the fact that he is a very grounded, normal everyday guy and knows this area well. He's not "uppity" or pretentious in any way and he was always respectful and I felt very comfortable around him. I've known real estate agents before who made me feel "less than" and some who lacked integrity. Not Wren. I contacted Wren and left a message for him to give me a call. He called back within a matter of minutes. I told him what I was looking for and he sent over some homes for us to look at. We asked if we could see them and he didn't waste any time on getting us an appointment to see what we wanted. He was always available day or night. He never stopped looking. He stayed in contact everyday. When we offered for our house he did everything he could to make the process as easy as possible. He worked very closely not only with me but also my lender and the listing agent. He went above and beyond where he really didn't have to and made sure we got our home! If I ever do decide to sell my home and look for another one he would be the person I would call. There couldn't be another agent that would show so much passion for his job. He doesn't do it just for a paycheck he does it because he loves to find people their dream homes. With him your getting more than and agent your getting a life long friend!
