The condo was a foreclosure, and Will was able to get the bank to replace the water heater, call out a technician on the HVAC, drop the price by 4 percent, and cover more than 50 percent of the closing costs, even though the bank said the condo was being sold "as is". ZillowVERIFIEDThe contract was first written with a stop loss (no repairs to be done by the seller above 500$) but the buyer came back with a new form after inspection asking me to fix repairs above 500$. Luckily it was not much, but i did spend 650$ on the repairs even though the contract stops me at 500$. More than anything, having two forms that contradicts each other should be avoided.I did not get the feeling that i got any help with negotiation.May be that is all you could do, may be not, but I felt she was just passing information back and forth.With such a down market and for a simple transaction like a condo sale, 6 percent commission may not be appropriate. But the job got done. I will surely recommend you with others.

When my husband spoke to him by phone they tentatively set-up a meeting for the following week and Mr. Vasana stated that his assistant would follow-up with us to confirm the appointment date/time. We never heard from an assistant or from him after that. We tried contacting him twice to confirm the appointment with no response. Then a week later we received phone calls from two other agents in his office asking if we were interested in meeting with an agent. It just seems that this office is very disorganized and definitely not what you want in a realtor.
