Review William was a pleasure to work with from the start of the process to the last day. There are no words to describe how satisfied and happy we are with our experience with him. We have made previous attempts to sell our home and it was unsuccessful and that bad experience made me doubt we could ever sell our home. What I realized working with William is he is there to help you and be honest with you so you know what to expect. There was no pressure but he kept us fully informed and educated us on a lot regarding the home buying and selling business. From the first day, he laid out a plan and he literally executed it almost to the day.. William said 2 months and we closed 2 months and 2 days of our meeting. William took the steps to prepare us and understand expectations. During our first meeting he already had an entire presentation ready to go and together we set a timeline and he helped us get through each goal. William understands the market and he knew how to properly market our home and made sure all we needed was one open house as many families looked at made bids on the house. William also helped us find a new home; keeping what was important to my wife and I in mind so that we can make a decision we were comfortable with. It can be difficult navigating through selling and buying a home at the same time but William was personally there with us every step of the way as he stated he would be when we first met. My family and I are truly grateful to William for his professionalism and honest opinions and advice. Without hesitation, I would recommend William to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

Review COMPLETE TURN KEY SERVICEI was no longer able to work due to a medical condition. My mortgage holder was understanding to a point. Served foreclosure papers. I called William at Real 1 Realty. He fully explained all my options and recommended a short sale. He did everything, obtained approval from bank, marketed the house and closed in less than 6 months. I was not charged with a deficiency judgement from my lender. Real 1 Realty went above and beyond to shepherd me through this trying process. I do not have the words to express my satisfaction. You can trust them just as I did, they will not let you down.

I decided to call and see who picks up and who lets it go to voicemail. Real 1 Realty was one of 5 that I called that day. It was William that picked up on a Saturday morning at 9am. (The other 4 never returned my call after I left messages.) William was very professional and you can tell he was capable and experienced. Our situation had some complications and came with dilemmas because the estate was in Trust. He knew exactly what to do and throughout the process his advice was always precise and the right thing to do. My sister and I were so grateful we were in such capable hands. Our house sold quickly and we felt it was at the price point that the market held. Awesome company and I highly recommend them!!

Review Mr. William Squires is the most professional, caring, and honest RE agent I have ever encountered....and back in the day I was a RE agent so I've come across quite a few.We were at our wits end and going to just walk away from our house when I ran across a very positive review about Mr. Squires. I decided to try one more time to talk to someone about our options (previous attempts went nowhere) and called William. To my surprise he walked me through the short sale process in a manner that was understandable on that first call. He answered all questions that I had. I must emphasize that his answers were all truthful because even though our sale was not easy, everything he said would happen came to be. Review I needed to short sale my home with Wells Fargo as the first lien and Chase Bank as the 2nd lien. Within just a few minutes of talking with William I felt a sense of peace that I was talking to someone with a lot of knowledge and expertise regarding short sales. William was patient and very sensitive to my situation. I was able to sell my home with a full deficiency waiver plus William was able to get me $3,000 in relocation money.
