ZillowVERIFIED Bill seemed like a nice person at first but after I informed him on three different occasions that I was no longer in the market for a new place he continued to send me listings. He texted me and asked if I still wanted to received his listings or would I prefer for him to just delete my contact info. When I responded that I would prefer for him to delete my info he proceeded to send me an extremely rude text about how I was wasting his time and made fun of me for not being in the market for a house expensive enough for him to make a good commission on. Then continued to call me names and personally insult me. I'm not sure what would cause a person to act like this, especially someone that makes their living on customer satisfaction. Bill was extremely unprofessional and I'm just glad I decided not to use his services. Buyer beware!

Bill was patient through out the process as we had several delays with finishing the improvements. After making an assessment of the improvements, Bill provided me with a detail market analysis and we listed the townhouse In June of 2019. During that time, the townhouse had several showings culminating with an offer within the range of Bill's market analysis. Our closing is on December 30, 2019. ZillowVERIFIED A realtors value is in negotiation of price and fixing all of the problems that may occur during the process prior to close. Bill and Stacie had no problem doing any task required. They didnt nickel and dime us on the little things and they did whatever necessary (even the work of other less competent realtors) to make sure our deal closed. If everything goes smoothly any Realtor will do... but real estate deals never seem to work that way, and that is what makes Bill and Stacie good realtors.
