About William Restrepo

I was born and raised in Colombia. I moved to the United States after completing my studies in Civil Engineering at the University of Los Andes in Bogota. After accumulating more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, I decided to make a change and follow my passion for Real Estate. The professional experience I gained provided me with indispensable skills to best serve my clients and obtain the most favorable results while seeking a win-win scenario for all parties. I am a father and long-time resident of Northern Virginia. I love biking all around its trails and heading to the many parks in the area to do a little mountain biking. And although I don't technically live in DC, I certainly think of it as my city. I am fully bilingual. I have experienced the challenges that can come with military family relocations. My daughter was purchasing her first home. William Restrepo, at Major Key Real Estate, worked with my daughter, my husband, and myself. I am sure at times, it was difficult to coordinate with three people at the same time, but William made it look easy. What we were most looking for in a realtor was experience, someone who knew the area well, who listened to our needs, and was straightforward. William Restrepo is absolutely professional, personable, intelligent, knowledgeable, attentive, encouraging, experienced, has a good sense of humor, and truly cares about his clients needs! He really listened to us and made sure that we found all the amenities we were looking for, for our daughters property. He made every effort to make us feel comfortable, even though we were searching for properties from out of state. He answered all questions, texts, emails or calls immediately.
