ZillowVERIFIED Billy is an awesome realtor! He was willing to drive two hours AFTER the home sold to save a family heirloom from getting thrown out. He worked with us even though we were some pretty annoying clients at times. He gave us good advice as first time sellers and got us a deal well over our asking price. If I am ever buying or selling in the region again I am going to work with Billy. Absolutely stunning team that goes the extra sixty miles to meet your needs!

Hey Billy, You did real good. You were accommodating, efficient and on the ball. I know the market was lean, but selling my house in less than 24 hours was awesome! You kept me up to date on all of the necessary activities and helped get things that needed to corrected done. Thanks. Andy H.

ZillowVERIFIED Billy was awesome to work with! He helped us buy our second home and also helped us sell my mom's condo. He was very responsive all the time and always knew the questions to ask. He was great at dealing with the other realtors in the transactions as well. But if we're honest, I'm mostly just going to miss hanging out with him while looking at houses!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the pleasure of working with Billy and his team to purchase a new home. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! Billy is highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. He also went out of his way to ensure every detail was taken care of aEUR" from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. The home buying process can be daunting, but their entire team was fantastic every step of the way. I highly recommend if you are in the market to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have asked for a better agent to work with when buying our first house. Mike, not only knew everything inside and out but it was obvious that he cared about getting us the best deal and making sure we were happy with our decision. There was a real sense that he was looking out for us. He was available at all hours, and always responded extremely quickly, the few times we had concerns or questions he attacked and resolve those much faster than we couldve expected

ZillowVERIFIED Billy is a personable and knowledgable agent. 2022 was a complicated year in terms of housing and we were appreciative to have him support us with our rental in Virginia. Our tenants moved out unexpectedly and he was able to secure new tenants quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Billy was AMAZING. We was very knowledgeable, patient, responsive and totally committed to meeting our requirements. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area and value of homes. He responded quickly to all questions and kept us well informed. We do not believe we would of found our home without his assistance. He has a strong team around him that was equally committed to making the buying process go quickly and smoothly. From day 1 to beyond the purchase he was there for us. He is clearly the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Billy Rabbitt, and his Team, were AWESOME! We hadnt sold/purchased a home in almost 30 years and was scared to attempt to try it again so we kept putting it off. However, Billy spent an afternoon with us and walked us through the process for both selling our home and purchasing a new one and what it would take. By the time he left, are fears were gone and we were on our way to the next phase of our lives. Billy and his Team were there every step of the way, even in panic moments when anxiety would kick in. Billy was right there to calm our nerves and assure us things were right on track as they should be. He not only worked on selling our house to the right family, but he also worked on locating the PERFECT home for my handicap son to be able to get around in effortlessly and in the area we were looking to relocate too! Billy did such a wonderful job and we had 110 percent confidence in him and his Team that when he said he found the perfect house for us, we put an offer in - sight unseen - because we felt Billy knew exactly what we needed and wouldnt just offer one up to make a sale! HE WAS SO RIGHT! We ended up getting THAT house and it couldnt have been a more perfect house for our family, if we had built it ourselves. Billy, and his Team, was right there for us, everytime we called, from the very start until even after move in day! He checked in on us even after the paperwork was completed and still does to this day. Billy and his whole Team was very professional through the whole process. However, each and everyone of them were also very friendly and a delight to work with and they made us feel more like we were doing business with friends instead as their client which made the whole ordeal alot more pleasant and less stressful for all involved. We will and have been recommending Billy Rabbitt and his Team to everyone we talk with about buying/selling their homes. If and when we are in the market to sell and/or buy real-estate again, Billy Rabbitt will be the person we call.

ZillowVERIFIED Billy was recommended by a friend. I was selling my home of 58 years which was emotionally draining but Billy was there to guide me and give me encouragement. Once he placed my home on the market it sold in one day, however the settlement fell through because of the buyers. He immediately got it back on the market and within one week He had a buyer for a substantial amount over the asking price. Since this was my first time selling a home, I had so many questions and he always responded to me in a timely and courteous manner. He went above and beyond to make sure every last detail was taken care of. If I decide to purchase another home Billy and his team will be my realtors.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Billy and his team to buy our first home was hands down the best experience. Billy took the time to listen to our wants/needs and found us homes with most/all of those. When putting in an offer, Billy walked us through each step and made sure we knew exactly what we were signing. Billy was always fast to respond and very thorough in his explanations! We will certainly choose Billy and his team to help us over and over with buying or selling a home!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking to escape the DC beltway and when searching for homes stumbled upon Billy Rabbitt. He was the one we chose to show us homes in southern Calvert and St. Marys County Maryland. We are so thankful we did. Not knowing the local areas so well, he and his team helped us find nice locations in which to look. After we decided on a home to make an offer, Billy negotiated on our behalf and saved us over 55k in final price and closing costs.... As a bonus, Billy had just become licensed in Virginia, and became our selling agent as well. Our house in Virginia sold fast, < 2 weeks. He also negotiated for us in our sale, saving us another 20k... Billy understood our obstacles and desires and helped us make it all happen. Every step of the way. The Rabbitt team became our friends for a very important event in our lives. We trusted them and they did not let us down...truly an overall very nice experience. We are truly thankful for having stumbled across Billy and his team. Happy folks in our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Billy was unforgettable. I came to find out that buying a house isn?t an easy process but I can honestly say that when I began to feel discouraged Billy always gave me hope. He was never tired as to how many houses we viewed. He walked through with us and shared his opinion with my husband and I. Something else about Billy is that he made himself available to answer any question we had and he did that even after we purchased the house. He gave no pressure and encouraged us to keep looking until we find what we really like and want. If you?re looking for a house Billy is the one to take that journey with. He?s honest and patient.

ZillowVERIFIED Billy was awesome. I came into contact with Billy before I was even committed to buying a home. I was purely looking at listings and trying to create a plan. He provided me the resources to help me decide and without this help I wouldve believed that I wasnt in the position to buy. Billy was knowledgeable and always available for a quick question. I was often indecisive and anxious and he was patient and understanding. He really took the time to explain everything in great detail and talked me through the pros/cons of difficult decisions. He was open to walking through all kinds of houses and was very available. I would definitely use Billy in the future for home sales or purchases.

ZillowVERIFIED Billy first helped our son find a house. We came to trust his opinion and he was very helpful when we needed to find inspectors and contractors. He was and is extremely responsive and always helpful. We liked him so much that we used him to sell our own house when my husbands job moved us out of state. This was at the most difficult time - right before the holidays and then going into the lockdown because of Covid-19. Billy went above and beyond to market our house in an extremely difficult situation. Hes a data-driven person, which my husband and I both appreciated. He also had to deal with our relocation company. He did a great job. We were very lucky!
