ZillowVERIFIED Bill Pecora was the perfect agent for me. His knowledge of Ocean County real estate is impressive and his desire to get people to the settlement table is to be commended. We all know how hard Ocean County was hit by Sandy. What you dont know is that Bill continued to champion my house, even while his home and business were flooded out for weeks. He kept after the buyers and assured me we would get through the process...eventually! And he was right. He is honest, fair and resourceful and I highly recommend him to people seeking a realtor in Ocean County, Bill Pecora can not be beat!

ZillowVERIFIED William was instrumental in the selling of our home and assisting us in locating a new home in Toms River. He listed and marketed our home at a competitive price and handled all of the traffic for viewings along with the offers, providing guidance on what the offer was the most beneficial to us. Additionally, he provided a variety of options for our new home in our price range, along with information on what the different neighborhoods were like, to be sure that we made the best decision. In the end, we sold our home, purchased a new home and were moved in within four months, all thanks to Pecora Realtors!
