ZillowVERIFIED William is a fabulous realtor and will go above and beyond to help his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable of the regulations and negotiates to get the most value for his clients. If you encounter any challenges during the sale or purchase of your home, William will find resources to help you resolve said challenge. We needed a plumber for an item found during inspection of our AC and William was gracious to take that off of our plate. We have used him for three sales and one purchase. You will not regret choosing his firm and will be delightfully pleased at the extra layers of service. I would not trust anyone else with such an important transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED William was wonderful to work with. I inquired online about numerous houses represented by various realtors; however William was the only one to follow up on my inquiry. As an out of town buyer, I only had 3 days to see as many homes as I could. My list was incredibly long and he made it happen. He was extremely knowledgeable on the different areas and was very patient through all my questions. During the closing process he kept me informed every step of the way and helped me manage issues as they arose. After closing he continued to follow up and provide valuable information to us regarding things such as contractors, utilities, local businesses, etc. I highly recommend him and will certainly seek his assistance in the future.
