I have worked with many agents in several locations over the years, non better than Cindy. Cindy helped my wife and myself as our buyers agent for the purchase of a second home in the Berkshires. Her knowledge of the market in general and the towns and neighborhoods in the market helped expedite the process. Quality showings prevailed. Wasted time was minimized during the looking phase. Communication though out the process was excellent, especially during the offer and negotiation period. Even after closing she was available for our many follow up questions. Kim was very helpful and prompt with all parts of our home buying process. She made everything very easy and we are so happy with our house! We had to deal with a difficult sale and even when things were done last minute by the sellers agent, Kim made sure that everything was done correctly and on time on our end.

From every step through the home buying process Ruth was right there with us. In a time where the market was so hectic she was there from the first view/showing of our future home to the move in process into our new home. She helped us with planning, how the processed worked, staying on the lawyers to keep the closing on schedule, and going through the banks. She was always right there whenever we called, 10/10 would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home/plot of land.
