ZillowVERIFIED Was looking to purchase a home. William was very responsive and knowledgeable about the pre qual process. He got me in touch with a lender and I found out I need to work on my credit. I now have a clear picture and William offered to call/text any time once I'm ready. I will work with William in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were struggling to find our first home. After three failed attempts and one agent later, we stumbled upon William. We read the reviews and decided to give him a call. He was amazing. He went above and beyond to help up and in no time we were in a brand-new home. Thank you William for being so flexible and so helpful.

ZillowVERIFIED I bought a condo and William was by my side the entire hunt and negotiation process. He is such a pleasure to work with and so very capable! I give him my highest recommendation. He made it seem as if my house purchase was the most important thing in the world. He works hard for you, and gets results, and is a very nice person.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with William was the easiest transaction I have ever been thru, I used VA (which is extremely simplified now) and thought I knew a lot from attending Real Estate school over 10 years ago. Things have changed for the good and the bad but do your homework and KNOW your credit score and how to improve it before using William, he was there with new info and taught me a thing or 2, I look forward to using him again in the near future (with a 800 credit score).

ZillowVERIFIED The best experience buying a house, William was absolutely professional and very knowledgeable would highly recommend his services to my friends. Although I had a couple of issues during the process William was always available to answer my questions and have a solution. His promptness made it possible to close sooner and made it easier to close on the sale of my old house.
